Well world...

We are having.....(insert drum roll) ANOTHER BOY! Not totally surprised by this, after all there were 5 before him. He is big and perfectly healthy. They aren't changing my due date yet so, Sept 16 is the projected date. I'm guessing he comes really close to Maddox's birthday, Sept 5th.

So... here I am, all 19 weeks of me. Bing swears I am having twins. What do you think? We have our first ultrasound on the 28th, it is 4D to check Buggar's heart for defects and groins for gender evidence. If you voted on the gender pole, I would love for you to claim your answer in my comments and tell me why you picked what you did....You can also cast your vote on twins. Oh BOY!

Easter, postponed

I am not on the ball these days, like I used to be... HA! Here is the tale of our Easter.

The day before, our neighborhood put on an egg hunt for all of the neighbor kids. It was like a mini carnival with face painting and a jump house and other diversions. Maddox was so sweet, not sure what to do, he put the eggs in other kids baskets. He really is good at sharing but to give away candy!?

Sunday morning we tried going to church. Maddox was sick, and to be kind to the other parents, we grabbed a coffee and sat in the lobby while Maddox ran around and flirted with the other sick kids hanging out in the lobby. Needless to say, we didn't actually catch ANY of the sermon, but it was worth a shot.

After church we went over to Grammie and Papaw Myers' for a delicious lunch of ribs. We attempted another egg hunt, but Maddox was far more interested in the game of badminton that was going on, and got awfully distracted by the many balls laying about the yard. Also, how much fun is a solo hunt anyway? His Aunts and Uncles were selfish and stayed in Bozeman where the weather was nasty... next year they'll know better.

For dinner, we had Julian, Jen and Jeremy (brother, brother's girlfriend, brother's roommate), over for dinner and then went to Riverfront Park to feed the ducks. Maddox loves to feed the ducks and will repeat "duck, duck, Duck, DUCK" in the grocery store bakery. That's right, we feed the ducks warm, fresh-baked, french bread.... don't judge us.

It was a full and lovely day spent with family. Aren't we blessed to be surrounded by so much family?

Reese and the boys came to visit a couple of weeks ago and the cousins had some fun. Maddox is enthralled by all of his older cousins, he just follows them around and stares at them while they play, occasionally joining in. When we got them all in the hot tub, Maddox's fun side came out. He had more fun splashing and sticking his face in the water and splashing some more. Mason joined in the splishy, splashy fun and the rest of us kept it mellow with squirting bath toys.
After grammie read them a story, the older boys went to bed and Maddox kept us entertained with his funny, glass-smooshing faces.
