Since Maddox can't wield a knife and carve his pumpkin, we tried finger painting. Turns out, he still puts everything in his mouth and the paint didn't taste good. He barely got any paint on his pumpkin, but his biscuits got slathered!

That is great. Poor kid is going to die of shame when he's old enough to know better, but at least he's funny to us now!
